How is your soap different than commercial soaps?

All of our soaps are made with simple ingredients, starting with the oils we use. Our soaps are typically made with olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, castor oil, sweet almond oil, and canola oil. These are natural oils and are all gentle on skin. Our soaps are also free of the harsh detergents used in most commercial soaps.

Our soaps are all vegan-friendly unless otherwise noted on the product page.

How can you use Palm Oil? I’ve heard that it is harvested through deforestation!

Science Suds is dedicated to ethics and integrity in terms of our impact on both our customers and the world we live in. We only use palm oil from sources certified by RSPO to not contribute to deforestation.

What kind of materials are used in the design/decoration of your soaps?

The colorants that we use are all skin-safe, and come from ethical sources that do not practice child labor. Any glitter used in our soaps is biodegradable and does not contain microplastics.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We appreciate your interest so much! At this time, we are unfortunately only able to ship within the United States. We’re working on making international shipping affordable, so please check back in the future!
